Payment & Cancellation

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Massage Therapy
- We accept only credit card payments for massage services.
- Payment is due at the time of scheduling.
- If 48 hours’ notice is not provided for cancellation or rescheduling, the full massage fee will be charged.
- We do not accept any insurance payments for massage services.

Sound Therapy, Somatic Movement & Breathwork
- These services must be paid in full prior to the appointment or class.
- Cancellation is not permitted unless at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- With 48 hours’ notice, your prepaid session can be applied as a credit toward a future class or session.

This policy helps us reserve time and space for your healing while respecting our practitioners’ schedules.

Billing Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also offer other forms of payment such as Klarna and Affirm to make services affordable for everyone.  Digital payments through our secure booking portal can be made prior to attendance.  Massage services can be paid on our secure electronic health record once an account has been created. 

What is the appointment cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of any service or the client forfeits the payment.  Please review cancellation policies in your intake packets for the service you selected. 

Will I be charged full price if I am late?

Late arrivals for massage or individual sessions will have that time deducted from the appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late, the practitioner may cancel the session entirely with no makeup time provided. For group sessions, late entry is not permitted to ensure the experience remains undisturbed for all participants. Complete details regarding these cancellation and lateness policies are available in your specific program intake packet.
